The Tiger's Victory
The tiger paced back and forth, Devising a plan to capture his prey. He approached the rock on which he had once seen an elephant below him. He thought it might be possible that the elephant had come back, but he doubted it. With small hope that it was a possibility, he slowly peeked over the ledge.There, in the middle of the long, narrow path, stood the pale gray elephant. Within a moment, the tiger got ready to pounce. Zing! He pounced on the elephant! Without warning, the elephant had no way to defend itself. It fell with great agony and despair! The tiger shredded it into pieces! He opened his mouth and showed off his sharp teeth and let out a roar of victory!
(Authors note: I wrote this several years ago for school. I was supposed to write about an animal hunting for food and this is what I came up with.)
